  1. Hi all, im trying to burn a SVCD to DVD using Toast with Jam 6. The video file in the SVCD is a MPEG but Toast crashes and refuses to burn it.....the SVCD mounts and plays fine using 'VLC' but ideally i want to be able to play it back on my DVD player....

Can anyone tell me the easiest way to burn a DVD with the 'Cue' and Bin' SVCD files I have?

    Thanks.

  2. The easiest method is to use FFMpeg X to combine the .bin files and re-encode the Audio to the proper DVD bitrate. Go to the tools tab, select both bin files and hit svcd>dvd. If you want to do it by hand go to Galactica's tutorial or to RNC's method. Good Luck.

my tutorial only uses ffmpegx to the slightest degree and even still explains what to do in what i think is straightforward/easy method.

give it a try, if you have probs let me know
