Dear All, I have a video file that "claims" to be a SVCD movie. However when I try to burn it to a CD Nero gives me a warning that the audio is 48.000 Khz instead of the standard 44.1 Khz, can this be changed without recoding the whole movie. Also if I try to watch the movie on my PC with either Windows media player or DivX player the movie plays but the aspect ratio is all screwed up, it is severely squeezed from the sides and the audio is out of sync. Can these problems be fixed? Thanks in advance! Lars

  2. First, go download Zoomplayer and try that. It should fix your aspect ratio problems (you can adjust the AR to whatever you like). If your audio sync problems persist you may need to adjust the sample rate. To do that search the guides for "demux" or "resample audio".

Yes, you can adjust the audio without having to touch the video stream. There are different ways of doing it, but it depends on how the audio is screwed up (48khz vs 44.1 by itself should not cause sync issues when played back with something like Zoomplayer, so it could be a different problem)
