  1. HI I just got finished for my second time trying to encode a .wmv to an mpg2 file with TMPGenc plus. I used Lordsmurfs guide on his website. However, the output file created is an MS-DOS application and DVD compliant. It looks to be the right size...but wrong type of output file. Anyone have any problems with this or better yet, anyone have any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Help Please, I'm getting very frustrated!

  3. okay, this may sound stupid, but how do I rename it? Should i just right click on it and go to rename and rename it there? Will a .mpg extension enable it to be put on a dvd?

  5. I have tmpgenc author, but I can't import the file into it. Its not recognizing the ms-dos file type that TMPGenc created when i encoded from the .wmv file.
