  1. I have a ASF file that is 2hrs long.. I want to burn the movie into VCD format.. however when I tried burning it using Virtual Dub 1.3c, the estimated file size was 6 GIG!!! How do I go about converting such a ASF file into VCD format? The asf file is 200++ meg big ... Kindly assist

    You did not use a compression, look for video compression (I don't have VDub on this comp.) and select DivX or what you want... The audio is probably left on uncompressed (Default)...

    I'll post later today if more help is needed, gotta check VDub...

    But check as I wrote, look for The Video Compression and allways Full Processing mode!!!

  3. Thx !! Now I know the problem... but I found 2 DIVX codec compression .. DIVX 3 and DIVX 4 which should I use?

    Not sure, I've never used DIVX4...
    But you could try a little with both of the codecs...
    The best thing is to experiment...
