I am using wintv to capture in avi format, using tmpgenc to convert and easy cd creator to burn vcds. Problem: I always get a red "x" next to "SYSTEM CLOCK REFENCE 1084" MEANING IT'S NOT ACCEPTABLE and it cannot be converted to vcd. What is the system clock refence ????

DO NOT CLICK: "add anyway:!
Apply simple de-multiplex and simple multiplex, being certain to use video-cd as your 'type'.
BTW: correct clock reference is 1200.
