DVD-9 backup problem with DVD Shrink

I am trying to backup a DVD-9 and when DVD Shrink goes to load it, it come sup with a "DVD Navigation Structure Error" I am wondering if there is another way to compress and buckup. I tried copying the files to the hdd but I get the same error.

try another ripping application like DVDDecrypter or SmartRipper. After you use one of those(assuming that they worked) then open the DVD sctucture from your hard drive with DVDShrink and compress that way.

If that doesn't work, repost here with the errors you are receiving.

I was able to use DVD Decrypter but when I load with DVD Shrink I get the following error
Invalid Data in file c:\cold mountain\video_ts\vts_01_1.vob
Overlapped I/O Operation is in progress
