Everytime I download a movie they always come in that widescreen format when I put them through Ulead DVD Workshop in fullscreen they always look streched. Like people's heads look long and thin and everything looks streched vertically. Why is this and is there any way to fix it?

It is a 16:9 problem in that you are in effect stretching the video
vertically.
I can't say more as you are not allowed to talk about
downloading movies that you don't own, or any form of warez
here at Videohelp.com - it seems possible that you are doing this
Ask your Q again but in a way
so we do not think you are doing something against the rules. ok?
