    Yah does anyone know how to limit my upload bandwidth. I am trying to keep it under the limit given to my by my provider. Is there any program that regulates your overall upload bandwtih or some different command lines necessary to cap the upload. The main program I am trying to cap is DC++. Any help would be appreciated thank you.
