    After reauthour of any kind, is there any application to verify The structure of my dvd. Simple check trough all files and see if there are any "illegal" or bad commands etc.

    Royal Philips has a DVD verify software package for about $600 that is very good ..

    D-Probe is also used a lot - though no longer sold directly ..
