Oh.. and there is one brand name I never touch and they
make a whole range of foods - McCains. I also try to
avoid Nestle and Uncle Bens (Mars group) for political reasons. -
You don't eat M&M's? That's okay, Some people just don't like E.T. Wait those were Reeses Pieces.
Oh well.

Referring to my earlier post, I just remembered having it when working and living at North Sydney.
This was a long, long time ago, long before spam as known today on the Internet.
This was the only known SPAM then.
This was something like 30 years ago in a city apartment so close to Sydney. I can remember clearly opening that rectangular can, near enough as that shape.
I was having it with salad or vegetables. I would have it as cold or heated with an egg to go with it. I also remember having it as a snack on a biscuit.
I am not sure if it is available these days? I might just as well try to find it at a local supermarket today.I am a computer and movie addict -
I DON'T LIKE SPAM!!! (the Monty Python reference...)
actually, it's not that bad...cut it up into slices, throw it on the grill, slap a piece of cheese on top of it, and you have a "spamburger"...
haven't had it in a long while...remember that the above used to be a "treat" in my household...most of the time, the Spam was used for "creamed Spam over toast"...
Nasty!!!

SPAM has the right spices where if you mash it up into chunks and mix it with tomato sauce for putting on spaghetti, it tastes great.
