    Hello everyone,

    I am new to this group and to editing DV. I am wondering if there is any editing software that allows you to rotate the captured or edited video by x degrees. Thanks for your help.

    might want to try one of the Adobe programs. they from what i gather can do a TON of special FX. someone else on here who has it can help...
