Hypothetical question.
If you install something and absent mindedly click through and agree to the EULA without noticing that it installs a 3rd party program, would it be possible to incorporate some basic kind of encryption that would need to be defeated to uninstall it, such that removing the Spyware from your PC would be a violation of the DMCA?
If so, what's the easiest way to trick execs at the MPAA and RIAA into installing such a neat little applet? :P
Far fetched, I know. But application of the DMCA has gotten WELL out of hand.
