    I need a beer or 2 or 12

Back to work, I bitch about it, but my days go smooth as silk. All good classes. Just not much time to post whore here in the beginning of the skool year.

In my algebra 2 class I did have a kid ask me yesterday if algebra 2 is going to be harder than algebra 1....so common sense is not a strong suit but we can work that...I hope

My cat has been missing now for 3 days. I haven't noticed any smears or carcasses in the streets around me. I think someone else took her in for a bit. Hopefully they'll read the posters we've been putting up. I miss my cat.

  4. Going to summer "work" picnic today.... I really don't like most of the people I work with. (except for the one really large breasted babe who's in the department )... all the rest are back stabbing, ladder climbing ********.... And, don't you hate the artificial pleasantries you have to present... "oh, this is my wife / husband... blah, blah, blah...

After about 10 beers... I'll be blurting out... "oh, this is my wife... **** you" See ya' Monday with a punch by punch update of the party...

That's okay. My wife hasn't had to take her allegra since Molly has gone missing.

A friend of mine had a Stinky Cat too. It's actual name was Cougar. The cat would jump on your lap to get pet and point it's butt right at you. You suddenly hear a pffffft sound and the cat would jump off your lap. Then you smelled a fermented catfood and amonia smell.

The cat just did it on it's own. It was a great way to break in new visitors to their home. Loved having parties there. We'd place bets to see how long before the new people got broken in by Cougar.

Oh man... now that's a Stinky Cat .... Ours is just a lazy cat... doesn't clean itself and gets these huge fur clumps on its back. Once every other month I have to shave her back. Nice fights we have ... did it yesterday and she almost hung herself when she jumped off the table with the leash around her neck.... My two year old daughter was freaking out because the cat was freaking out.... Not much fun until the cat settled down and I got the little one to settle down to.

  11. Had this wall in my den that was falling apart. Plaster fell off whenever a big truck rolled by outside. So got a few friends together weekend before last and we knocked the whole thing down. Sledgehammers worked well.

Spent this past weeked putting new sheetrock until I got to one last section. Planned on mounting a converted Bell payphone I snagged off eBay a few weeks prior. Ran a phone line from the jack on the other side of the wall up to where I mounted two horizontals between studs for securing the backboard.

Mounted last section of sheetrock with a small hole cut in it for the line. The backboard is the metal wallmount which had to be secured to the supports with heavy screwbolts. So far, so good. Finally got the payphone itself attached and wired in via a DSL filter. Used a callback number to test it and got that beautiful "bbbrrr-rrriiinnnggg" sound (music to my ears!). Genuine bells, accept no immitations!

You see loads of "retired" phones on eBay, but this baby was NOS. Never actually used and had no missing or removed parts. Converted to work as a normal phone but doubles as a bank. Yes, I collect old phones.

Anyways, just how I spent my weekend. Loads & loads of fun.
Like a flea circus at a dog show!

Ever have one of those days where you wake up and for whatever reason you are a little more mean spirited and blunt than usual?

That's where I am today, but yet I'm not in a bad mood, or mad about anything, wife has been on the "activity" schedule this week and everything I just seem to be extremely upfront and point blank about everything today

I may not be living up to my "Captain Sunshine" status today

I know exactly how you feel.... I was like that yesterday... .and if that cold doesn't get much better I'm gonna 'not so nice'.... not only here but to my wife and kids (ok, maybe the wife deserves it ... but not the kids)

I'm always up front and blunt. I feel like kicking someone's face in and once I find the right person, I'll do it. If I don't find someone before the end of work today, I'll find anyone to do it to on my way home. That way I can tell my wife it was a very productive day by accomplishing my goal and I got all my frustrations out in one shot.

I'm now posting a reward sign for the return of my cat. hopefully she'll come back soon. The animal shelters said if she's gone this long and there's no trace of her dead or alive in the local area, then someone most likely took her in. DAMN CAT LADIES!!!!

I went and bought Project IGI the other day, it was dirt cheap and is pretty fun for those who haven't tried it.

I also bought a game called 'Once Upon a Knight' which is a little weird but has it's fun moments.

We've lost a pure black cat (Hawkeye) and a black and white cat (Root Beer). Both males. Root Beer was even neutered. The dog had jumped against the window screen and loosened it and Root Beer just snuck out. Last we saw of him. Hawkeye was probably cat-napped for some sick Halloween ritual, being all black. Pure black cats are rare because they've been intentionally bred out because of the superstition.

Our cat ran away while we were holidaying. Our dog is heartbroken.
    If in doubt, Google it.

When I moved into my new house last year, a carpenter who was doing some work for me let my cat out. He came back three months later.
