Hi All,
After I download movies in avi /mpg format , i convert them using TMPGenc to DVD format & then simple de-multiplex them so that they are now movie.m2v & movie.m1v, then I use TMPGenc DVD author to make the Video_TS folder & that completes 1 movie. Now when I try to burn the DVD it takes only 1/2 the DVD space, so was wondering if there is anyway I can burn 2 movies on 1 DVD & have like a menu at start which wil lask me what movie I wamt to play.
Thanks,

On the 'Add File' page of DVD Author, over on the left-hand side, you can add a 2nd track. Add the 2nd movies encoded file(s) to this 2nd track. Then you can make a menu that allows you to select either movie at start-up.

Hi Timmyp,
When I try to add another file into the DVD author as you said...it asks me if I want to replace the existing files as the file names are same...so i tried to call the 2nd movie when it created the video_ts folder as another name, tried to play the files in Powerdvd, it was not recognized. It looks only for the video_ts_.vob names. -
You need to add both movies (and menus etc) BEFORE you create the video_ts folder and it's contents.

import the already created dvd with tmpgenc dvd author, click on add dvd video and open the video_ts folder, add the new movie clips by clicking on add new track and last author a new dvd.
or just import all dvd mpgs(if you haven't deleted them) at same time in tmpgenc dvd author and create a new dvd. -
