    I'm new to this, and I'm not sure how my last post broke the rules
    I apologize.
    Can I ask the question
    What are "dvp-oor" files then?
    I thought they were something like rar, and I just needed some software
    to open them.

    The reason your last post broke the rules was becasue those files are associated with warez. the filename "dvp-oor" is the name of the movie, not the extension.

    whats worse is that is a Steven seagal movie, shouldnt that qualify for automatic banning?
