    Hi all

    Can someone tell me the best way to convert a VCD-compliant MPEG file from NTSC format to PAL so that I can create a PAL VCD?

    Why bother converting? Most TV's and DVD players in Europe can handle NTSC.

    Yep thats why asked about aspect ratio, maybe he wants to get rid of the letter box prob with his 16:9?
