Hi all
While installing Scenarist I get the following message "This application requires Windows 2000, service pack 3 or Windows XP Professional service pack1" I have Windows XP professional. How can I overcome this
problem?
Thanks

Install Service Pack 1 (as required by the software) and it will install. Otherwise, wipe XP and install Win2k with Service Pack 3.

how about contacting sonic and getting the right version of scenarist?
this is the correct method and they will help you .. or the dealer you bought it from will help you ..
didn't you purchase a service agreement .. ?
there is now a sonic team member on this forum and perhaps he will contact you also .."Each problem that I solved became a rule which served afterwards to solve other problems." - Rene Descartes (1596-1650)
