When i open the dvd in my computer i can see the first sesson files that i burned but i cant see the second session, it also shows total size as 2gb when it should be 4gb. i used nero to burn everything and im wondering why i cant see the second part. nero disk info shows that the dvd-r disk has two sessions and it's closed. most of my mp3's are on the second session.
OS. Xp pro
Media: CompUSA princo.
Thanks.

Try opening the disc with ISO Buster. You might find the files you're looking for and can extract them with this program.
I've occasionally had the same thing happen with CD-R's that I burned multisession. One or more of the sessions seems to disappear, and I don't know why. I import the previous session properly, and everything seems to be normal, but when I go to browse the CD, it's not all there.
Has only happened once or twice, not regularly, so I don't think it's something I'm doing wrong. I just extract all the files and reburn on another CD and chuck the original one.Ethernet (n): something used to catch the etherbunny
