I guess it could all be fake, but I don't see how they could get the lines in the .mp3s.

I hope the Greedo thing is changed back. I also hope that CGI Jabba is replaced( it looks worse then some of the stuff on Babylon 5). I am open to having voice changes as long as it flows. I'm going to buy it no matter how it turns out, so I will save judgement until I see it.

There's nothing wrong with the originals, except maybe the compositing could be neater. no objection to removing matt lines but everything else should be left alone.

I wasn't trying to insult B5, I love it. It's just some of the CGI (especially CGI sets) were... lets just say less then perfect. The only problem I have with the originals is Obi-Wan's lightsaber during the duel. It is so obvious I can't bielieve George didn't fix it.

well equally he fixed R2's colour in empire but not in ANH. his **** ups aren't even consistent

I never noticed that R2 changed. Do you know of a place with a list of the changes made from the originals?

You didn't hear it from me and I'm making no statements that I know where to get the unremastered versions of the SWT on DVD, including Ewoks: Battle for Endor, Ewok Adventure: Caravan of courage, and the unremastered version of THX-1138 and the short THX-1138:4EB. I also am not making a claim that I know the link or that I am willing to give it out while stating I have unique DVD cover artwork for these unremastered versions. If you PM me about it I am also making the statement that I don't have any information to give you about it.

I will say these would be a lovely addition to your collection along with the remastered versions of the trilogy. And the people who find out where to get them are considered lucky.
