I just got TMPGEnc Plus, and whenever I encode it does this whole step where it analyzes the video first, and then creates the file. It takes twice as long as with the free TMPGEnc. How do I skip the analyzing stage?

I also have another question about encoding to DVD from XVID. It seems that when I choose the NTSC format the audio and video are way out of sync, as the video goes by way too fast. However, when I choose NTSC (Low Resolution) it works fine. How do I fix it so that I can use regular NTSC encoding on XVID files?
