    Hi,

    i have an MPEG file, and i would like to convert it so that it is played twice as fast. Can anyone suggest a program that can do it?

    i just use video effect in pinnacle studio for some of my clips. with time effect you can make the video play faster or slower

    You could delete every other frame with avisynth
    and re-encode.
    What do you want it to play on ?
    you could change the framerate to 60 with restream or something.
    Wont play on a Settop player though
