  1. i bought a new LG DK8621N dvd player. i copied the original disc of lord of the rings using intervideo dvdcopy2 with dvd idle running in the background. my question is why is it that the copy from the original cant be played in my new LG dvd player while my samsung dvd player can? btw, both dvd players has the capabilty to play DVD+/- R/RW discs. both are multi region. the LG support team said it must be in the burn speed used during burning. help. tnx!

Are you able to play other movies you've backed up in that player? Have you tried other media? I don't think you are giving enough information for anyone to really help you.
