I am assuming this gap is between clips on the disk after you have burned it. The only way to get rid of this gap for certain is to take it out before you author the DVD. This would mean getting the original clips, going into an editor, joining them all together, then re-encoding and reauthoring the disk with chapter stops for each clip.
Otherwise, it is dependent on how quickly your player can move across the disk and seek the next clip. Even if you have all the clips one after the other, there is a certain time overhead involved for the player to determine what the next title is, locate it, load it and begin playing. Some players will do this faster than others. If you have them all in a single title, you don't have this problem. -
Hello,
Have you tried placing the chapter points closer to the start of each video in Tmpgenc Dvd Author?? You can manually place the chapter start for each clip. It won't shave the time off but you could easily use the chapter skip button to shave 4-5 seconds off (manually of course). Just a suggestion.
