  1. what is realvideo, who can ou detect the type of file it is/ how to i recode it so i can burn it to a disc?please help

    Real video is a format that is used by www.real.com in the realplayer.

    You could burn it to a disc, but you would only be able to watch it on your computer.

    There are programs that convert it, but real tends to frown on it, since it is a propriotary format.

  4. i did a 2 week trial for stxxxx , on realplayer, have 50 realvideo movie files, can anyone tell me a program that will read and convert them to a file i can then burn to disc and watch at my leasure on a dvd player with a normal size tv.. so i need a program that will convert so i can burn and watch the disc's later on my tv,using a dvd player

  7. well i downloaded eovideo but every time i try to open to read the realvideo using e0 it locks up , freezes causing computer to crash?? so has anyone every been able to use e0 to open veiw a realvideo?? so what am i doing wrong here for it to hang up?? do i need some kind of plug in too?

  10. To play the files you should use Real Alternative, instead of Real's player. If it installs the proper codecs to play, maybe you can open and convert with Tmpgenc, I don't know if this would work, never tried it.
