ok..
I have now had several failiers while encoding avi to svcd..
I now am encoding the video only without sound. I thougt I would extract the sound from the avi with some prog and them multiplex them together somehow... I know wonder how the heck do I extract the sound? I have tryed virtualdub with direct stream copy, but I use to get an error at 98% If I don't get an error I get sound that is jerky.. so how to do? when multiplexing I have noticed that the audio file has to be in .mp2 how do I convert .wav to .mp2?
I really appriciate any help I can get.

I extracted audio from avi with virtual dub.. I then encoded the audio only with tmpgenc to .mp2.. the .mp2 wont play in winamp... whats up with that?? how do i get a working .mp2 file from my .wav? -
Run TMPGEnc load required template, check audio only (if not possible load unlock first) find avi file for audio - please leave video source empty; rename out filename press start and...that's it
