  1. OK, I accomplished getting my movie onto my computer (iBook G4) via USBVision Capture. No I want to put it onto a DVD which is playable on my DVD player. I am able to export the movie into the following formats: 3G, avi, bmp, dv stream, flc, hinted movie, image sequence, quicktime movie, quicktime media link and mpeg-4.

Using the above-mentioned, how do I burn a DVD with my movie that is playable on my DVD player?

I do have Toast 6, iMovie, DVDzoneX.
    Make it simple please...thanks

Into what format did this device capture the video? It may be as simple as opening a new Toast Video project, dragging your file there and hitting Make Disc Image (to get the encoding going and disc authored without having to burn a disc to test it).

USBVision is a 352X240 30fps format that is a compressed QuickTime file. EchoFX sells it to work with the old xlr8 Interview capture device and other USB video capture units. A "USBVision.component" is placed in the Libraries>QuickTime folder so that QuickTime can play the movies. The software includes an exporter that converts a USBVision file similarly to choosing Export from QuickTime Pro.

Because Toast uses the QuickTime codecs, there is a fair chance that dragging the USBVision file directly to the Toast Video tab could work without any export. Certainly worth a try.
