Hello,
Hope someone can help.
My wife bought an education type program for use at school (she is a teacher) since the school is so broke we paid for it & will claim it back at tax time.
anyway it cost a pretty penny so I said I would make a copy of it in case the original disc(s) got damaged etc.
made backup copy using CyToDVD in data CD mode. It copied OK but actually wont let me use the discs & I get an error message stating that the disc is NOT the original. How clever of the program> How the hell does it know this.
Whats on the original disc that I havent copied to the backup disc??
Does anyone know & also is there a way around this???
Is the program looking for some type of encryption that doesnt get copied across when I make the backup copy.
Help appreciated
cheers

Possibly. You may want to try another copying software.
Hello. -
Try CloneCD - there hasn't been many things that I've found that it can't copy. It reads the disc (including intentional errors) and basically makes a carbon copy of it. There are other programs that can do similar operations like this, CloneCD happens to be my favorite.
Good luck.Ethernet (n): something used to catch the etherbunny -
