I used TMPGenc to encode my film in a mpeg1 format i understand that is
vcd format becos i looked at dis website. Agter i finally encoded both of the parts of the film i burned it via nero. As a vcd obviously. But then i put it in my Panasonic dVD player ad70. and it does not work!! its says it cannot be read and put in a nother disk on my screen wen i inpuuted d cd. very strange. as i want into the dvd compatibly list uploaded my 1 (panasonic ad70) said vcds and dvds work but cdr and cdrw dont work. Bloody annoyed me the player was bought for $700 dollors.

PLEASE HELP ME WAT SHD I DO APART FROM BUYING A NEW DVD PLAYA WHICH WORKS!!!
Im a newbie so plz dont get angry with me. Safe
    Peace

Well, two things I can think offhand. One get a DVD burner and learn how to burn DVDs. Second, reconsider getting a DVD player that can play CD-Rs. They less than fifty dollars in some stores.
    Hello.

Unfortumately, I don't think you have many options at all. As Tommyknocker pointed out, you'll have to burn to DVD if you want your current player to play anything.

Your best option IMO is to buy what they call a "cheap n nasty" dvd player. Often the $50-$100 ones play everything you could ever want.

Why couldn't I find your DVD player in the DVD Players section ? I searched for AD70 to no avail.
    If in doubt, Google it.

Sorry, you're out of luck. If you go here you can see what your player is capable of. Unfortunately, your A470 will play dvds, commercially pressed vcds, and that's it. Not even burned cdrs! Time for a new player, I guess. On the bright side you can find super-cheap players that have ten times the features your old player has. I picked up a new one just a few weeks ago when my 10-year-old player finally died. $70US and it plays everything, even DIVX! I'd tell you what it is but for some reason the model number has fallen right out of my head. I need more coffee...
