    How exactly I can replace images or video for menu background in the movie?

    I have got MenuEdit which can export it and I can modify it in photoshop and make M2v of single frame by TMPGEnc but don't know how to replace it back?

    any help is highly appreciated

    You need to extract the original cell with Vobedit. Demux by cell id - you'll get bunch of small VOB files, one of them is your cell. Then remux the m2v you got from TMPGEnc on this cell. You'll get a new cell. Then you can replace the original cell with the new one with MenuEdit. Finally you need to fix the IFO files with IfoEdit (the MenuEdit web site explains you how to do this).
