    I have an AVI with a resolution of 576x448.GSpot says the aspect ratio is: (1.29:1)[~9:7]

    Should I be using a Video Arrange Method of Full Screen (keep AR) or Center (keep AR)? I know if I used the Full Screen method, it might take longer due to the resizing.
