Ok I'm not a noob to DVD ripping, video conversion, etc.... but this is a new problem that just came about....

Ripped DVD with DVD Decryptor, and when I tried to run DVD2AVI I get the green screen when loadin the VOBs and when I try to save a d2v it crashes....

Has this happened to anyone else? I haven't installed any new codecs lately BUT I did notice that MainConcept hasn't liked loading WAV files done by DVD2AVI lately.....

I'm not sure but I think it's macrovision protected is why you're getting the green screen and it crashes. I had that happened to me a few times.

  3. Doesn't DVDDecrypter remove Macrovison protection? Check that it's enabled...

I was frameserving to TMPGENC but I figured out a way around it....

made Decryptor make 1 big VOB and then loaded that into VirtualDubMPEG and then frameserved it to TMPENC

the version i was using at 1st was 1.77 I think and then I installed 1.76.....
