I've been chewing on this a little.

tgpo was the second-place vote-getter for pres, and he should get another shot at VP, but we did hold a separate poll for VP and it wasn't planned to have the second-place pres candidate get the VP spot - that was separate.

Good. But if treebeard then won VP, we'd have to have another runoff for secretary, since Treebeard won that poll, and since Will Hay and housepig both tied for second in that poll. Then we'd have to have another after that for treasurer if Will Hay decided he'd want Secretary and not Treasurer It'd be a real mess.

How about this: If treebeard is happy being secretary and doesn't aspire to be VP, that'd make it easy, have just a runoff poll for VP including tgpo, stiltman and housepig.

What say you post whores? Treebeard?

Cool 8) I'll wait until tomorrow and if there are no objections by anyone I'll start a runoff poll for VP with those three guys. Then when we have a VP I can finish the class picture

Then you'll need to mod the forum code to allow that many. Tekkieman had to be removed from the pres list before Cobra could be added. Apparently 15 is the limit for polls.

While I agree that the tied candidates for VP should be decided by a new poll, since tgpo is in it, everyone will think it's the "standard tgpo option", and may not receive his fair share of the votes. Although coming in second on the president poll may invalidate my opinion.....
