First Question: I am making a compilation VCD and was wondering if all of the individual clips have to be the same framerate such as 29.97 or 23.976 on the disc or does it matter.
Second Question: I have a clip I would like to add to this VCD but the clip is 25 fps. When I encoded the clip with TMPGEnc to NTSC it came out more like a slideshow than a video. So my question is, can I convert this video clip with Vdub or another program to 29.97 fps without messing up the clip too much? And how do I do it and keep the video and audio in sync during and after the conversion? I've searched all of the help topics and didn't really come up with much, but I don't really know what to search for. Any help would be great.
