I'm still trying to figure out how to capture to avi
with the ATI Rage Fury.

I've tried the vfw/wdm wrapper, but when I do select
the 352x480 (virtubudub, ie) my preview's screen shrinks
and also the colors in my final avi is something like maybe
16 colors during playing. I've tried changing it with
every settings possible, but with no success. RGB settings
and YUVxx settings - nothing.

The drivers I used are the one's that came on the cd. I
don't know what they are - ok, can't figure out how to tell
which version number it is.

Ok, so now, I decided to load the xxx6292 ones from my old
ATI-TV Wonder card and so far, I have no problems with my
display (not that I had any problems before. But I'd like
to shell out this one tidbit. During the install of the
xxx6292 driver, in the install process, there were two
boxes to check, one for the drivers, and the other for the
WDM drivers. I thought that I was getting the VFW drivers
with this driver installation. By the way, the driver was
from a previous download 6 or so months ago.

What I want is:
1 - to capture at 352x480, and
2 - to install a VFW driver, and not the WDM ones.

Is the above possible? ...and if so, please direct me to
accomplishing it?

Thanks so much!
