I have the folowing problem with TMPG.
I try to convert a DIVX movie to vcd movie in tmpg.
The picture quality is good,but the sound is not compatible
with the picture.
Bad sync if the say.
What is the best configuration in TMPG to solve this problem.
I have a AMD 1.4 gigaherz computer with 512mb RAM memory.
HD with 7200rpm.
I have the same problem in the Panasonic encoder.
