TS off torrent ........google returns ...... wait for it ........... Telesync
Telesync
One of the multiple terms used by movie pirates to describe the source material that was used to make a bootlegged pirate copy, normally distributed in VideoCD, SVCD or DivX format.

as in "nameoffile.ts" ?
it may be a transport stream movie -- some are HD even ...
windvd will play those ...
you can convert it to dvd - yes ... but depends what it really is and what resolution etc in how you go about doing it ..
procoder 2 will directly accept ts files and convert them ..
other encoders may require a extra step or two .."Each problem that I solved became a rule which served afterwards to solve other problems." - Rene Descartes (1596-1650) -
if it is "TS_FILE" as you wrote ..
it is most likly warez and holistic's answer is correct"Each problem that I solved became a rule which served afterwards to solve other problems." - Rene Descartes (1596-1650)
