Hi guys,
My newbie question for you might be already touched in time, but it takes a lifetime to scan all the topics here, so, if some of you good samariteans have a few words for me, it's going to be greately appreciated.
I just got a dvd burner and want to create dvd's with my home-video from the camcorder.
I capture the 12G .avi and now I'm looking for a way to convert that file into the two folders neded for a dvd.
I do not want to process audio separat, I do not want to join video and audio, or other "tricks" because I don't have time to spend. I encoded with CCE, make a menu in TmpgencDVD-author and burn with the software that comes with my HP burner. It was ok, but it's really a long process for my time.
So, give me a name of a software that captures from the camcorder, makes the mpeg2 files with a good quality, makes a menu and burns.
Thanks guys.

Hello
Pinnacle studio does that I believe. I think Roxio also does. Just go to an electronics store and browse the dvd authoring section of the software aisle.

P.S. DVD only needs one folder {video_ts}. The audio_ts is extra and reserved for the newer dvd-audio discs. If you look at any pro movie discs the audio is always empty if its even there.Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw?
