  1. I have a MPEG2/SVCD thats 816MB and Nero says it wont fit on a CDR even though I had a MPEG2 file that was 792MB. So is there any way to fit this file on one Cd instead of splitting it into 2? Should I cut some of the middle out or can I change the Birate or something so its not as good quality.

    How do I change it?

    Hello,
If one cd is important to you, why not convert it to vcd? It will look worse but that way you'll be able to get 80 minutes on a 80 minute cdr. You could also make a cvd with better quality but less compatibility. Check the guides on this website for either conversion.

You can transcode the file to a smaller size using rejig. Just demux the file then transcode the file to the size you want(rejig just transcodes the video so make sure you leave room for the audio) then multiplex the new video file with your original audio file.
