I'm trying to convert RM to VCD but WinAvi won't even load the file, I get the

"Information failing, No usable video stream, please make sure that media player can play both video and audio of the file"

At first I thought it was the characters in the file name so I changed it to just numbers but it still doesn't work. Ideas ?
