whenever i try to convert a movie to DVD, when i watch it, the video moves slower than the audio, so by the end of the movie, it is completely out of sync. the setting i have it on are:
Frame Rate: 29.97
Target Format: NTSC
Target Scale: 4:3
Fixed Output Quality: Medium
edit: ok, well, it was out of sync when i played it in VirtualDub, but when i played it in PowerDVD, it was fine. so when i burn it to a DVD, what will happen to it? will it be out of sync, or completely fine?
also, in VirtualDub, the picture is very choppy and blurry, but, again, in PowerDVD, fine, so what will happen on the DVD?
