Basically, yes. The d2v is just a link to your source mpgs. It will frameserve them to the encoder, which just means that it will feed it one frame at a time. I would load the d2v, which was created from all source mpgs, into TMPGenc and encode to a video only stream (m2v) using the settings I mentioned earlier. You can set TMPGenc to encode to video only on the bottom right of the main program window. (with wizard turned off.)
Take your single wav that dvd2avi created and process it in BeSweet to whatever audio format you want, ie: AC3, mp2, or pcm. Then multiplex the two streams together in whatever you want. TMPGenc's mpeg tools can do this. Also of dvd authoring programs will do this for you.
As long as both the video and audio are slowed down equally, which they will be if you do all of this correctly, then everything should sync perfectly.

OK,
I used a short cut I was thinking, without the Wizard, load my combined .d2v file in the video field and load my new mp2 from BeSweet
and mux them together with the last selection checked (Video and Audio) to make my new NTSC mpeg.
Is my was wrong and will it cause problems or is your the best way

Your Right!!!
You want to encode only once. I try it. Thanks a lot for the help!
I'll let you know how it goes. -

I was just think if I did it that way, BeSweet would be encoding the audio from wav to wav file @ 23.976. If I took that new wav file and input in TMPGEnc the way I was doing it. Wouldn't it be still encoding audio twice
Just a question, maybe just doing it separtely and using TMPGEnc to mux my new m2v and my new mp2 from BeSweet is safe. -
One other question
This about the settings in DVD NTSC on the second Tab, should I always choose Interlace? Remember my sources are PAL and from my little knowledge, PAL sources are moslty Progressive
Therfore my ouput file would be in DVD NTSC @23.976 interlaced format -
If I were you I would just have BeSweet encode to mp2. Then multiplex this with your video stream that TMPGenc creates.
The second tab, or advanced tab, is where you set the attributes of your source. If your source is progressive, probably is in this case, then set it accordingly. If its interlaced then set it accordingly. This applies for any conversion.
On the Video tab is where you set the properties for your output. Here you have an option for progressive, interlaced, or 3:2 pulldown while playback. ( I think, don't have TMPGenc installed on this machine.) When you set it to 3:2 pulldown it will always give you progressive output. -

I put together the new mp2 from BeSweet file with my d2v file and at the second half of the movie the audio sync is worseThe first half is ok.
I really have no idea of what to do. I followed everything perfectly. TMPGEnc would not accept my mpa file or even if I renamed to mp2.
I know I don't have to merge to compile the movie but the 2 files are out of sync
Is there any other way
