  1. We all know of the coming Alien vs Predator movie. I decided to rent the first Alien movie and while watching the scene where they first go into the space shit, I looked closely at the alien face (The dead one that died from his chest exploding)...anyway, did it look anything similar to a Predator!? I couldnt make it out perfect...but if you get the chance, check it out and let me know. Would be quite a coinsidince (sp?)

No, the alien had invaded the derelict ship as well. The body with the exploded chest was a host to the alien that had laid the eggs in the nursery.
    Hello.

    Right
Hope is the trap the world sets for you every night when you go to sleep and the only reason you have to get up in the morning is the hope that this day, things will get better... But they never do, do they?

having seen the predator before i saw Alien i tend to agree with you Beavereater. I think it's too large to be a Predator though. there's an in depth look at the model on the CAV box set LD, not sure about the DVD.

Was the Predator a Geiger creation as well?

You must be thinkig of the Alien v. Predator video games which are available for pc and at least one gaming console. Those are what inspired the upcoming movie.

    In the movie Predator 2
Notice the Alien skull on the Predator's trophy shelf (When Danny Glover goes to the ship If I am not mistaken)

Great now you've ruined the ending of the movie before it has even been filmed yet. Now we know that Predator wins.

Now that you mention it I think your right. I haven't seen that movie in years but the alien in the trophy room does sound familiar. Gosh that movie was so umbelievably bad though.

i would think there's more than one Alien in the movie

In the game on the Jaguar the Aliens could get extra lives by infecting marines, could be the same deal in the film...

  12. THe part where the guy goes down into the egg area, there is a blue layer of something. I always thought this was some kind of force field that prevented them from coming out (The face huggers), and that the derelict space ship just had accidents (Like they do in every Alien movie). As for the DEAD Alien, I just thought it looked a bit like a Predator, but not sure...I really wanna see the movie, but it won't be out in Japan until December

I believe you are correct. It was a transport ship that crashed. If you go by the Dark horse comic. The "thing" in the drivers seat on the derelict craft has the same structure as the species that hunts Aliens in the series. They sort of look like a up-right walking elephant. The trunk runs down the chest cavity and is connected to the breast plate.

    Sounds logical to me.
Don't give in to DVD2ONE, that leads to the dark side.

They just bought a blue laser scanner and thought it'd look cool

You see the same type of thing of the front of the probe, beggining of Aliens.

I'd always though the ship crashed and then the aliens got on board, but maybe not. guess a transport ship makes sense.

  15. With the new movie coming out, and knowing what little I know about it, it seems to me that these 2 beings are mortal enemies...but the Predator being the smarter of the 2 (Technology and all) so I just thought, maybe this ship was used to transport the aliens, then make them (aliens) then use them in tournaments "UNREAL TOURNAMENTS " ...or like in the new movie, a sort of ritual of becoming a REAL predator...a test. Is anyone else interested in the movie coming out!?
