I use the Mainconcept MPEG Encoder for my DV capture and the other day was successful dumping my VHS Video thru my camcorders DV out port. (AV --> DV). But with VHS Video I didn't want to capture at full D1 resolution.
Q1. Does anyone know where you can choose 1/2 D1 or do you just need to specify 352x480 res capture in the MainConcepts Capture?
Q2. If you do just specify the 352x480 res what is your recommended Min, Avg and Max Bitrate for 1/2 D1?
