hi, i have successfully backed up some movies, every movie has 2 folders: AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS
i tried to use Nero drag and burn these, and they work fine on my dvd players, but it seems it loads slower than my original dvd when i put them into the dvd player, could it be the method i used to burn these? or its normal for a backed up dvd to load slower than original ones. whats the best program to use in this case? thanks

did you remove anything? This sometimes seems to slow down loading as it still plays the black screens for a fraction of a second
another thing may be that your DVD player is sensitive to the discs you use as I have noticed some brands take longer than others to load by the way they spin. Darker dye such as the Ritek stuff seems to be more responsive than the lighter dye in most players I have tried
if you think that Nero has something to do with it then you could try using RecordNowMax as that gets good reviews -
There's something a little wonky with the way Nero burns movies... but it COULD just be your player, your media, or a combination.
You could give CopyToDVD a try, it's shareware so you can try it for a bit and see if it's better for you than Nero... (it's certainly EASIER).
