    I am trying to convert a 6 second avi into a multi frame jpeg so it can be on a web page as a movie type thing.

    Could anyone here direct me to a guide on this type of encode?

    I Think Herosoft Video Convert can handle that.

    Just looked it up. Herosoft Video Convert can convert most video formats to an animated Gif - That'll do won't it?
