    Okay how would i got about fixing 3 videos i have one of them only plays half of the video then it gets an error, then next only the audio will play and the other video says its like 38 hours long when its like 45 minutes so when i try to encode it i can't.

    You haven't told us what kind of video you are dealing with. Run it through AVIcodec or Gspot and post this info and you might get more help. DIVX?
