wrong framerate?

Well lets jump raight in

The problem im having is this: When i try to add my .mpeg's in tmpgencdvd it says the framerate is 23.976 which isnt good enough for a dvd so i was wondering if its possible to make it recognize the framerate or if i could just change it somehow anyinfo would be great and if anyone out there needs more info about the files just reply and ill get it on here asap

The framerate has to be 29.97 fps but you can use pulldown.exe with gui and do 2:3 pulldown so it plays at 29.97.No re-encoding needed unless its mpeg1.Has to be mpeg2.
