XING Encoder problem!

Hi,

I have The Fast And The Furious avi file that I donwloaded from Kazaa. I split the file up with AVIChop and I got the first part to be only 40 mbs.
I used VirtualDub to make a new WAV sound file from my avi file.
The I tried to use XING MPEG Encoder to encode my file to PAL so I can make a vcd.
I used the source video and the new wav file I created as the audio source.
When I press encode it gives me an error, it says:

Unsupported Wave File (non linear PCM data).

How do I solve this problem?

Im not very familar with xing but i heard it sucks. Try the same thing you did but use tmpge.
