  1. I have one big VOB file (2,5 GB) which I would like to burn on a DVDR.

    Nero syas that the VOB file is too big. What can I do??

    If Thats supposed to be 2.5 GB, then i don't know what Neros problem is, that should easily fit. but if it won't, just open the file in dvdshrink and shrink it down so that it will fit.

  3. The problem (and reason that Nero says it is too big) is that VOB files are a total of 1GB each; I think this is to avoid compatibility problems with legacy systems. (The ISO standard, BTW, only supports files of up to 2GB each).

    How you ended up with a 2.5GB vob, I don't know, but try running it through DVD Shrink at 100 or 99% and see if it produces a correct series of VOBs.

    You can run the vob thru vstrip and it will output vobs at 1 gig each.
