I have a .MKV movie that I'm trying to burn onto DVD. This is my first time with .MKV format and it's got me a lil' messed up.

When I open the file with VirtualDubMod this is the info I get:
Frame size - 736x400 23.970fps. .AC3 audio (48000Hz, 6 channels, 384kbps).
Stream list :
1) Source: Matroska File, Desc. : Audio stream 1 [tag 0x2000, ATSC/A-52 (Dolby AC3)], ID [A_AC3], 6ch, 48000Hz, 384.0kbps, Length : 00:54:49.888
2) Source : Matroska File, Desc. : Text stream 1, ID [S_TEXT/ASS], Length : 00:54:32.490

The movie was in two parts so I loaded the first part into VirtualDubMod set the video to direct stream copy and saved it as an .AVI. I loaded the second part in and did the same thing. I then loaded the new part 1 .AVI into VirtualDubMod, set video to direct stream copy, went to File > Append segment... and loaded in the new part 2 .AVI. Saved both parts of the movie to 1 .AVI. I then extracted the video and saved it with no audio using VirtualDub.

I loaded the video only .AVI into Fit2Disc and scanned it to get the proper settings and saved the script.

Opened CCE SP v. 2.67 and tried to load the script and it gives me the error message "Frame rate 31250000/1303713 is not supported. Supported frame rate are 23.976, 24, 25, 29.97, 30, 50, 59.94, and 60."

I have no clue what I did wrong and what to do next to convert it to mpeg. I would appreciate any help I could get.

[EDIT] I've fixed my problem. It finally clicked for me that "Frame rate 31250000/1303713" was actually 23.970 so I just changed the framerate to 23.976 when I saved to .AVI using VirtualDubMod. After that it loaded up fine in CCE SP and encoded .
